Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders require 3-5 business days for processing before shipping. Orders are processed Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary based on current order volume and product availability.

 

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship orders via USPS, UPS, FedEx. Domestic orders are shipped with standard rates and calculated at checkout. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location. Please note that delays caused by delivery carriers and?or weather, are beyond our control.

  

Shipping Liability & Responsibility

Once your order leaves our store, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Local Pick-up

Local Pick-up is available and must be coordinated with us. At check-out, please select the Local Pick-up option and we will contact you to arrange for local pick up.
